Our 2024-2025 Conference Year Goals
Goal #1: Engage in intentional ministry by ensuring well-structured and purpose-driven boards and organizations. By implementing clear systems, fostering teamwork, and aligning our resources with our mission, we aim to create an environment that empowers us to meet the spiritual, relational, and practical needs of our community (internal and external), ensuring that every effort brings glory to God.
Goal #2: Cultivate a community of believers who are deeply rooted in God’s Word, growing in both knowledge and intimacy with Him. Through regular Bible study, intentional discipleship, and personal application, we aim to equip members to understand Scripture, embrace its transformative power, and foster a closer, life-changing relationship with God.
Goal #3: Our financial goal is to cultivate a spirit of generosity and stewardship within our congregation, increasing tithes and offerings to support the mission of the church. We will host spiritually edifying worship, teaching, and holistic growth focused community events to meet our financial goals. We aim to achieve financial stability by paying off all existing debt, freeing resources to invest more fully in ministry initiatives and community outreach. Through transparent communication, faithful financial management, and trust in God's provision, we will honor God with our finances and position the church for long-term growth and impact.
Goal #4: Our goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the excellence and care of God’s house. By implementing regular upkeep schedules, addressing maintenance needs promptly, and planning for long-term facility improvements, we aim to ensure our church remains a functional and beautiful space for worship, ministry, and community gatherings. This commitment to stewardship honors God and provides a space where all can experience God's presence.
